We offer next-day delivery via DHL with tracking and a scheduled delivery slot.

Kindly note that next-day delivery is available only for orders placed before 11 a.m., Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 11 a.m. on Thursday, as well as on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. In case of a bank holiday on Monday, orders will be dispatched on Tuesday to be delivered on Wednesday.

We aim to deliver your goods promptly to the specified address within 4 days of your order. However, please be aware that we do not deliver outside the United Kingdom.

Upon receiving your order, you'll be requested to sign for the goods, confirming their receipt in good condition. If the package appears damaged, please decline delivery. If you're unable to inspect the contents upon delivery, please sign for the parcel as “UNCHECKED”. Not doing so might affect any warranty claims thereafter.

For incorrect, damaged, or incorrectly quantified deliveries, please notify us in writing at our contact address within 14 working days of receiving the goods.

We commit to delivering the goods to you within 4 days from the order date (referred to as the 'long delivery date'). If we fail to do so, the sale will be void, and we'll refund all payments received. However, we won't be liable for the return of funds unless you notify us in writing at our contact address within 14 days from the long delivery date.


We're not responsible if the delivery is attempted and no one is available to receive the goods at the provided address. No refunds will be issued in this scenario.

If the customer alters the delivery date through DHL's portal after dispatch from the factory, we won't be liable if the product arrives thawed. No refunds will be issued in this scenario.
